Martina Baumann

As a Competence Leader in Internal Services & Reception, Martina Baumann manages a team of support staff. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of support services provided by the team. She is also qualified as a Holistic Psychological Coach (body-centered psychotherapy). Before joining the Wyss Academy, she was in the role of an executive assistant in different companies and industries. Assisting in the development and implementation of departmental plans and goals, overseeing staffing, monitoring objectives, delivering comprehensive reports, and coordinating events and HR matters.
