Madlaina Michelotti
Research Associate, Land Systems and Sustainability Transformations
Madlaina Michelotti is working as a Research Associate in the Land Systems and Sustainability Transformations research team where she is contributing towards a range of social-ecological projects across the regional stewardship hubs. She is also supporting to build an interdisciplinary faculty, facilitating transdisciplinary discussions and engaging in policy influencing projects at the Wyss Academy. In February 2023, Madlaina qualified as a Mental Health First Aider. Before joining the Wyss Academy, she was managing a community-led biodiversity monitoring project in Scotland, a project that was co-designed with coastal communities. Madlaina also has experience in policy development, stakeholder engagement, science communication and social action.
